    Eligibility Criteria

    Minimum Education

    Graduation or final-year ongoing status in any stream (Candidates with a background in Hotel Management, Aviation, Travel, Tourism, or Commerce receive preference).

    Interpersonal Attributes

    Excellent grooming, strong communicative confidence, an adaptive personality, and basic conversational English fluency.

    Age Bracket

    18 to 28 Years at the time of application submission.

    Training Methodology & Syllabus

    The training follows an immersive approach, shifting away from generic textbooks to focus heavily on practical roleplays, live behavioral simulations, and accent neutralization.

    Phase 1 (Domestic Training):

    • Foundations of International Hospitality Operations & Luxury Resorts.
    • Elite Front Office Procedures & Property Management Systems (PMS).
    • Advanced Guest Relations: Managing VIP protocols, cross-cultural expectations, and complex guest complaints.
    • Professional Styling, Grooming Standards, and Hospitality Etiquette.

    Phase 2 (International Internship):

    • A immersive placement inside an premium hotel/resort in Thailand, gaining hands-on global professional skills.
